Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Club is excited to offer Duke of Edinburgh participants the chance to volunteer within the club’s youth programs.
As a volunteer your responsibilities include:
Arriving to start at midday to assist in setting up your assigned Mini’s age group training.
Providing support to age group coaches, either by helping with coaching, refereeing or with looking after kit.
Assisting with clearing away the kit after the session.
Maintaining good communication with the Age Group Manager and Head Coach about availability.

Your volunteering hours will be logged and approved for your Duke of Edinburgh Bronze, Silver or Gold Award
Developing leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Gaining hands-on experience in sports coaching and refereeing.
Building confidence and resilience through practical volunteering.
Strengthening your involvement in the community while contributing to the success of your assigned age group within our club .
Receiving formal recognition of your contribution via the Duke of Edinburgh portal signed off by a club representative.
Volunteering with us at ETRFC is a great way to grow personally, challenge yourself and make a real impact while working towards your Duke of Edinburgh award!

Priority will be given to current ETRFC youth players.
