Ealing Trailfinders are delighted to announce the signing of Number 8 Matt Evans from the Cornish Pirates.
Matt is a product of the Gloucester Academy, first moving to Worcester before spending 5 seasons in Cornwall, where he played over 125 games for the Championship Club. Last season he played both 2nd Row and Number 8 for the British & Irish Cup Winners.
A proud South African, with British parentage, Matt has played been home taking in the Football World Cup this summer and is now back to prepare for the season. He will be studying Sports Journalism at the University of the Creative Arts, Farnham in addition to playing for Trailfinders.
After taking part in his first training sessions last week, Matt said
